ANBI
Orchestra Lagrandt is an artistic institution operated by Stichting Lagrandt. This foundation is registered with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration as a Cultural Public Benefit Organization (ANBI). This means that donations to Orchestra Lagrandt may qualify for a 125% tax deduction from your taxable income.
The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration distinguishes between two types of donations:
PERIODIC DONATIONS: You commit to donating the same amount for five years. There is no maximum amount for which the 125% deduction applies. You can find a form here to formalize this commitment. Once completed, please send the form to us by email at info@orchestralagrandt.com.
ONE TIME DONATIONS: This is subject to a minimum amount (1% of your annual income) and a maximum amount (10% of your annual income). Furthermore, the 125% deduction applies to a maximum gift amount of €5,000 per year.
